I submitted an online profile and Human Resources contacted me via e-mail asking for a current copy of my resume, cover letter, and writing sample. In lieu of a writing sample I was asked to fill out a detailed questionnaire regarding my prior job history. After that phase I was asked to complete a Personality, skills, and IQ test. Process was very drawn out. The recruiters I came in contact with were very nice, and professional. Both Managers I interviewed with were very professional and honest about the position.
