Initial communication is done online (personality and success makeup), then phone.
A group meeting is setup, last 1-2 hours. Each individual will have a one-to-one interview with a sales manager.
If accepted, you will be required to attend full-time 2-3 months of training on IT, people's skills, in-side sales methodologies and internal administration on placing orders and navigating their ERP system. During this period, candidates are screened and omitted from employment.
Candidates who complete this session are pooled into a new team for several months. During this period, unsuitable candidates are released from employment.

There is no need to have any technical knowledge. This was absolutely surprising to me.
You may be asked difficult questions to see how well you manage clients.
Insight recruiter reached out via Indeed. Took the opportunity to interview, rather unprofessional as the recruiter seemed willfully unprepared but asked standard questions in regards to sales experience. After first contact offered to meet with hiring manager at office location

Entrevista
first stage with HR, general questions, going over CV, company info. Second stage with a sales manager and sales director, detailed questions about CV, sales cycles, strategies. Personal questions as well.
The interview process was a phone interview first. Than a in person one. They wanted to know about my experience and strengths. They did make me leave a voice mail. I doubt they make you do that anymore though.
