First there was an initial phone interview with someone from human resources. After a few days, HR called back to schedule a face to face interview at the hiring branch during non business hours. Two people interviewed me and one stood over me the whole time. It lasted between 30 and 45 minutes. It felt slightly awkward.

Terrible place to work. They only care about their stupid monthly goals, and will fire you if you don't meet them. Very high turnover. Its very easy to make posting errors on other accounts because their system has a major flaw if you don't hit the F8 button more than once, and when its busy, its easily overlooked! Their management is rude too..!
