Initial call from a secretary. Everything was scripted. I tried to make conversation and ask insightful questions, but for 20 minutes all replies were from a script.
Although I had all the skills they were looking for, i was rejected, presumably because of salary requirements. So i would recommend not mentioning prior salary or offering a range.
