I was contacted by phone to setup an in-person interview. I went to the office and sat in a conference room with a lady that was a Product Manager. She asked me a few questions off my resume (Tell me about yourself, How'd you hear about this job?) and then told me about the company. She also had a designer (Industrial) come in and ask me a bunch of questions about my resume (Education and Work Experience). The interview took about 45 minutes. They pretty much just looked at my resume and told me to explain parts of it and how it related to the opening.
