Two weeks after I submitted my application, I received a request for a 15 minute phone screening interview with the Talent Acquisition rep to help determine if I had the basic qualifications for the role.
I was notified about setting up a second interview a week after the first. The second interview would be a panel interview consisting of the Senior Director of Finance, Director of Finance, and two managers of Finance for the department for this role. The panel interview lasted about 40 minutes, and I was told their would be only one interview after which a determination would me made.
Within a week of the panel interview I received an email response regarding the results.
