HR reached out to me a month after I applied and set up a phone interview. HR staff was very kind and did his best to answer my questions. Afterwards they set up a zoom interview with two directors and another staff member. The interview questions were straightforward and felt more like a conversation. Everyone was super kind however, they were extremely late (about an hour). I understand the medical field is very busy and things happen so I did not take it personal. The director answered all my specific questions and was very responsive to follow up email.
