It was so so interview. Nothing special. Asked the same predictable questions and not impressed. Spoke with someone over the phone first and then went in for 1:1 and group interviews.

Nothing really specific outside my previous experience and it's applicable to the current position. Asked how long I have been in the healthcare industry and why Inova. Most questions are answerable if you research little about the company.
