Entrevista
Consisted of an recruiting phone screen and 2 technical phone screens. Then I was invited to come to Boston with all expenses paid for in-person interviews. That consisted of a case study, technical problem, and a short presentation. Lunch with the recruiter was included. Everyone was very friendly, respectful and helpful. Received the offer 2 days later.
Made two reference calls to my current employer after the offer was accepted.

Very thorough interview and hiring process. Multiple screening interviews and then several hours of on-site panel interviews, case studies, and sample presentations. Can get long and drawn out due to so many contact point. They definitely have a "no-jerks" hiring policy so they are looking for people who enjoy what they do.

A very detailed interview process starting with phone call with HR to phone screen with Senior/Principal Consultant to face to face interview which consists of 3 rounds- case based, technical, and 15 minute presentation.
