The overall interview process was really thoughtful in terms of evaluation for chemistry, specific job skills aptitude and overall critical thinking. The process began with a chemistry phone conversation with HR and team leads. After advancing in the chemistry session, I was invited to a skill set and critical thinking examination. There were simple but thought provoking excel and presentation tasks. HR teams are really helpful in providing you insight when it comes to expectations of each task and extremely helpful if you have questions.
