Process was very thorough, informative, and efficient. Had about 6 rounds of interviewing for my role including a quick phone round with HR at the beginning, culminating in a quick chat with the CEO at the end. Inkling are very thorough with their candidates because they want to get the right fit for both the candidate and the company culture. I definitely appreciated being kept in the loop by HR. Everything was done through Google Video call and everyone was very polite and friendly and really cared about getting the right person for the role.
