Had a first screening interview with a technical recruiter from the USA and then an interview with the engineering manager. Both of those interviews went very well. Then I had a technical interview with a Senior Engineer which was a coding interview. The interview was not hard I was not just in my day. The overall experience was very good but the only con for me was that interviewer's hints were a bit off and useless.
Hiring team here is slow and disinterested. Very bad vibes from my recent talk with this company and this team .. plus have to touch basis with contact three times before getting anywhere. The team seems inexperienced.
