Interview consisted of 3 rounds-
1st - tested Domain knowledge (mainly in Forex products - spot, options, forwards. typical workflows)
2nd - managerial round with client (tested overall knowledge and communication skills, past engagements, areas of interest)
3rd - HR (mainly salary negotiaitions)
The interview process is quite quick.
If company likes the candidate, it is keen on having a candidate on-boarded asap. it is prepared to buy out notice period to expedite the process.
The work culture is relaxed, flexi timings, good paymaster, low job security.
