Entrevista
An initial phone interview with a Mediabrands recruiter - standard, basic questions. Then sent a math test to complete. Then 2 30 min interviews back to back with 4 different members of the team. Really enjoyed meeting everyone and learning more about the position, however after the second interviews took 3+ weeks to hear back with little response from the recruiter.

15 min talk with hiring manager about your basic competencies and interest in the roles available, then meeting with hiring committee, just 3 people who volunteer their time to vet candidates, are interested primarily in your soft skills and how you will fit into environment

Entrevista
It started with a 15 minute screening call followed by a three 30 minute interviews conducted individually by employees on the hiring committee spanning different teams and accounts. It was very efficient and felt balanced.
