Entrevista
I applied and got an email about a month later asking to set up a phone interview.
I spoke with Lisa, who was really nice and easy to talk to.
Disappointed that the position was listed as "Work From Home" on WayUp, only to find out that once things get back to "normal" after the pandemic, that I would need to relocate to come into an office. I feel this information should have been in the posting.

Tell me about the time you have to deal with a difficult client
Are you flexible and able to learn quickly?
Easy, just ask a few questions. Lasted about 30 minutes. She was very nice. Scheduled it through a calendar app after receiving an email interview. Told me that they will let me know if I got the job or not.

Entrevista
The Interview process is rather tedious and has a lot of process. Job interview over the phone, they will schedule you for a technical test and if you pass you will have another interview from the HR and this includes your Job Offer.
