An Ingram recruiter reached out to me and had me come in 2 times to meet with multiple directors and teams. I went in for 2 rounds of interviews that I thought went well only to be left in the dark. It's now been 3 weeks since my 2nd round, and the recruiter and the hiring manager has not responded to my follow up emails. Very unprofessional and a waste of time.
