I sent an application letter and received a call within a week to invite me for an interview. The first interview was with two of my future colleagues, the second interview was with the VP of human recourses. The entire process (from sending out the application letter until I got hired) took about 3 weeks. The atmosphere at the office was good, everybody was very friendly. I instantly got a good feeling about the working environment.
