Very straight forward, once you're in for an interview, just like anywhere else, don't lie, be yourself, the process was nice and painless, and the interviewers were very in depth about the job and when you can start.

I sent my CV to the company, 1 week later the called me for an interview, 1 month after the interview they called me for a second one and 3 days later I was working.
