After a few weeks after applying for the job, I received an email to complete a pre-recorded video interview. Recording this interview took about 15-20 minutes and the program only allows one attempt to answer for each question.
About one week after completing the video screening, I received an email from the Talent Acquisition Team to schedule a video interview with the hiring managers. This video interview took almost an hour and involved a lot of behavioural questions.

Video Interview with Hiring Managers:
- What do you know about IO and why do you want to work here?
- Why are you looking to leave your current company?
- Do you have any experience where there was a disagreement with someone outside the team?
- Tell me a time you went above and beyond for work
The interview process was very behaviour focused and structured. HR screening, then HR call with hiring manager, then one with the VP/SVP, pretty standard government interview.
