Walk-in on Saturday (20th-may-17) for multiple positions happened, there was going to be a F2F round only, At the venue people were confused about the roles and no. of openings for which the walkin has been conducted, i reached the venue at 11 and left at 1:30 and there was a high voltage drama going on. The employees of the company even didnt knew that for which position the walk-in is for, no seating arrangement as well, after submitting the resume our names weer being called in a voice that only a BAT could understand. Since there was limited opening some one from the company came and announced that after interviewing 15 people we have selected 5 for the final round and the walkin is done. I waited for 2 and a half hour just for this only When asked the HR about it she said sorry for the same, is this how a walkin commence? They are not able to pay the amount being asked so what they did was - they rejected the application on the basis of higher salary and selected 5 who asked for 3 lpa only. The management is pathetic and the employees just left the org. after getting appraisals and that why he walkin was arranged. Totally a waste of time and effort
