I was approached by a recruiter via linked in regarding the role. The recruiter walked me through with lot of helpful information about the company, products, team, the interview process and discussed about my experience, career aspirations etc. It was very smooth. After that I faced my First online video interview. The questions covered including medium algorithm + basics. Second round was very technical, Java basics + concurrency + micro-service basics + algorithm. It was relaxing most of the time and I wanted to be a part of that team. Apart from technical questions they also looked into my knowledge about company, how I can add value to the team, my collaborative skills, ownership mentality etc. After that I received an offer then I accepted it. One point I would like to highlight is, I was interviewing with other companies on parallel at that time. The smooth and easy process along with the team helped me to make better decision in joining Infosys McCamish.
