I got interview confirmed at 2 PM. After reaching office by 2 PM waited for 45 to 50 mins . And after waiting one panel member came and asked questions related to project architecture, implementation etc. And another member searched his laptop asked question related to tiny URL system design . Panel members are not matured and doesn't know how to conduct interviews . Finally spoken to director who asked general questions. My suggestion is not waste time in attending interview. if you have one offer in hand then try to attend Informatica interview.
