Asked to do an innovative presentation . All well and good but if they are interviewing say 6 candidates and only one gets the job they have received free consultancy from the other 5 candidates. Therefore be cautious, as I was, as to how much information you give. If they cant figure out how good you are without you having to do' innovation' in an interview then probably not worth working for.
