Completed three rounds of interviews - first two were virtual. The first call will be with the HR, followed by the HM then physical with HM and one senior leader in the company. For the final round of interview, it was a physical session - felt like the HM came in unprepared, not knowing what the 3rd interview is supposed to cover as the first thing she asked me was....do you have any questions for us? Anyway, did not hear back from them at all, they also mentioned there was some internal restructuring. Dodged a bullet there.

First interview with HR (Screening), After that they will send you an assessment to be submitted, if you pass you will get to the 2nd interview with Hiring manager and Squad Leader , Then with the Sales Director and another peer.
Overall not very difficult process.
The negative component is their global policy of not sharing a salary range or budget for the role.
So you might get selected but then not get an offer based on the salary expectation that you share with them . You will never know how high or low it is vs their budget which is disappointing in 2024.
whole process should be around 6 weeks.

Very nice process with clear open questions. They answered all my questions and they explained me the interview process. They told me in the second round there will be something like a test i would need to pass to reach the final interview. English was mandatory
