applied for CMS role on glassdoor. After two weeks I received an email advising to pick a date and time for an initial phone interview. The Interviewer was late and advised we only had 20 instead of 30. He advised he would provide a feedback...... Never heard back and that has been three weeks

Entrevista
It is a virtual process, human resources call you, the second process is with the team, where you are going to work. There are two things negative about the process.
1. The task. They ask you to do a study of the market with prices of the competence and with special and unique information of the candidate's knowledge about and industry, with specific features, product information, and important research. In conclusion, the task for the candidates is the work that the enterprise should develop and not ask this for external people and do not take advantage of external knowledge. This is not correct.
2. The second interview process is a bit of stress, with lots of questions of all matters, and sometimes aggressive questions.
