I applied for the Account Manager French office position via Glassdoor. A HR called me from Zagreb and we had an interview in English. After one week, she has sent me two assignments. In those assignments, I was asked to handle two imaginary accounts. One concerned up sell or cross sell of Infobip services, the other concerned a pricing problem solution. All in English. After that I went to the Paris office to meet the French team. Interview went well. But I was not selected without knowing the real reason.

The interview process only included an HR screening. The discussion focused on my background, sales experience, and motivation for joining Infobip. Unfortunately, I did not progress to the next stage because my industry experience was considered insufficient for the role. The company appeared to have a high requirement for relevant vertical industry experience. Overall, the process was responsive and transparent.

Entrevista
I had an interview scheduled for last week. I arrived on time and stayed on the call for an hour, but the interviewer never showed up. After reaching out to her, she apologized and suggested rescheduling for Monday. I agreed and asked her to share her availability, only for her to ghost me.
Long but easy
Presentation part was quite tedious and drawn out with 3 take home assignments that could be much simpler
Not much interest in getting to know you , only interest is what you can do for them
