I did apply through a recruitment agency. I got a face to face interview for a week later. The interview had two phases. Cultural and Technical. The cultural part was the first one and everything went good and the interviewers were quite communicative. Chatting about my ideal role, about the company products and my mentoring skills. In the technical part, they asked me a lot about my previous roles which were written in the resume. We had whiteboard coding about implementing a Billing service and after that, we have discussed making the design better. I didn't feel relaxed in the technical chat because the interviewers were a little bit sullen, however, they were quite polite with me. After 3 days I got their response through the recruiter which was a negative one :-( They told him we are looking for some more Javascript guy. They didn't even ask one Javascript question :-(
