I first applied online, then received an email to call a phone number for a phone interview. I called and the person interviewing me might as well have been a robot. She was rude, bland and unprofessional. I could not ask any questions because she made it clear she was to ask the questions. Apparently my answers were satisfactory because I was then offered an in-person interview. The in-person interview was pretty typical and went fine. I knew I had done well and pretty much had the job, and was told a background check would be done, and I'd hear back within a few days. Well, a few days later, I gave a courtesy call to my interviewer, left a voicemail, and heard nothing. Repeat this process for the next TWO weeks. I needed to know whether I was officially being offered a position because this is the job I wanted but I had been offered another one in the meantime and had to give them an answer! Long story short, I had in fact been hired, but nobody bothered to call and tell me in spite of my numerous follow up phone calls- and found out literally 3 days before I was to start. That was annoying.
