I got a referral from a friend, then they called me the next week for a surprise phone screening interview. Then a couple of weeks later I was called again to schedule an in-person interview. The interview was with two supervisors. We went over my resume and experience, I did a short coding challenge which was just filling in a couple of methods about parsing a text message, and then I asked them a few questions.
