Stage 1: Initial Screening You will have a conversation with a recruiter/people partner to discuss the role, your experience, and assess alignment with the position. Stage 2: Task & Panel Interview If successful at Stage 1, you will be given a task to analyse the platform and provide recommendations. You will then present your findings in a panel interview with a Senior Developer and a Senior Product Owner, followed by a Q&A session. Stage 3: Final Interview If successful at Stage 2, the final stage involves an interview with a People Partner and the Head of Solutions.
