Avoid – Unprofessional and Disrespectful Interview Conduct After passing the initial HR screening, I was invited to a Teams interview with two Professional Services Directors. I joined early for the 2:00 pm meeting and waited over 10 minutes. No one showed up. I immediately emailed the HR contact and cc’d both interviewers to ask if the meeting needed to be rescheduled. I received no reply, not even an acknowledgment, and have been completely ghosted since. This behaviour shows a total lack of professionalism and respect for candidates. If this is how they treat people before they even join, I can only imagine how they treat employees. Time is valuable, and no-showing without explanation is unacceptable.
