Entrevista
Received a call from a recruiter and then a call with an executive to review current position and experience as well as general personality and character. I was then referred to a current technical and current CRM consultant phone interviews respectively. Both technical calls reviewed current experience with the products and technology as well as reviewing skillsets. Items that were valued are forward-thinking to help direct the company towards better serving the customers needs. Both technical calls were lengthy and detailed, great conversations with long-term employees.

I applied in their company website. After a few weeks I received an email and call from a recruiter. She did a soft interview to see if I qualify for the job requirements. a few days passed and received a call to set up a phone interview with one of the managers. Interview went well and received a call from the same manager 2 days after for more questions and compensation expectations. Has not pass 1 day yet and awaiting for a response.

Numerous phone calls, in person interviews and an elaborate (but poorly defined) take-home technical assessment.
I spent almost 45 hours on the interview process between travel, interviews and technical assessments, and I was CONSTANTLY told each interview/exercise/phone call would be the last before receiving a "basically imminent" offer only to receive a vague two line e-mail informing me of rejection with no explanation as to why.
