I was invited to an on-site interview with a choice of dates. The process began with a short presentation about myself and the assigned topic, followed by a competency-based interview. I then completed the technical interview in a separate room. In total, the interview lasted around 1.5 hours and concluded with a short tour of the site.

The competency-based interview included questions about my role within a team, how I approach collaboration, and how I manage busy or high-pressure periods. The technical interview began with an exam-style organic chemistry question, followed by more discussion-based questions on job-related chemistry.

Whole day assessment centre. Role play scenarios putting you in various situations. HR interview was mixed in with these interviews. Group interview at the end where you have to make a proposal to the interviewers
