I recently attended an interview for an internship position in the Unit Process Engineering department. The overall atmosphere was positive, and the interviewers were friendly and cheerful, creating a comfortable environment. However, the department emphasized the need for strong technical skills, particularly in areas such as process handling and system integration, rather than analytical or theoretical knowledge. The senior staff member was approachable and took the time to explain the specific skills they were looking for, although her communication style was not very direct. Despite the encouraging experience, I was ultimately not selected for the internship placement because I told that my field more to analysis, my mistake.
