The interview process was well-structured and professional. After submitting my application online, I was contacted by HR for initial screening and to confirm my availability and internship details. The HR representative was responsive and clear in explaining the role, internship period, and allowance.
This was followed by a technical discussion with the hiring team, where they asked about my academic background, basic engineering knowledge, and interest in engineering operations. The questions were mostly fundamental and focused on understanding my willingness to learn, problem-solving approach, and attitude rather than deep technical expertise.
Overall, the process was smooth, transparent, and respectful. Communication from HR was clear throughout, and the timeline for feedback was reasonable.
