The recruitment process was professional and well-structured. It began with an online application, followed by a standard psychological test. The HR interview was straightforward, primarily focusing on cultural fit, organizational alignment, and personal motivation regarding my technical background.

The interview process took almost 4 weeks, including stages with HR, technical tests, and a final interview with the HR Manager. Overall, the entire process was smooth and well organized.
