I recently attended an interview at Indium Software. I got shortlisted for the second round. In the second round, there were two levels. They conducted the first level for everyone, which is the face-to-face technical round, and for the second level, even though I got shortlisted for the second level, I was not interviewed. They just called a few people and interviewed only them. I don't know on what basis they picked the members. Even though I got shortlisted for the second level, I was suddenly rejected without any further interview.
