The interview process was great!! I had never had a 4 -5 person interview. At first I was very nervous knowing that 4-5 people would be interviewing me in one day, but they keep them within 30 minutes and it was a very comfortable environment. DON'T LET THE INTERVIEW SCARE YOU AWAY. Coming from someone who use to interview and hire employees, this process at Indigo really shows how much time they take into hiring the RIGHT people for the RIGHT positions, and how much employee retention means to the company. As an employee here, this definitely makes me feel great about job security. I was interviewed on a Thursday and was called back on Friday saying they were ready to hire me. I was not expecting for the process to go so smoothly and happen so quickly, but I am very glad it did. Unless you have been in Management, you don't really realize how important the interviewing process really is.
