Started with an HR screening over the phone. I interviewed with interim director of the department. I then moved on to a one-on-one interview with the COO. A week later I had a followup panel interview with a group of executive directors and CFO. Whole process took ~30 days from application to accepted offer. All parties I interviewed with were friendly and the panel interview was actually quite fun.
