I have interviewed with IU Health a total of maybe 4 times, including group/2nd interviews. I have applied at least 10 times total. I was ghosted every time I interviewed and turned down via email for each time I didn't get an interview. I think I've been perfectly qualified for the positions I applied to, sometimes over-qualified, given I have a bachelor's degree. Don't apply to this company unless you can get a referral, cause they'll just blow you off and waste your time.

Terrible HR experience, bungled the the time of the interview, required completion of two irrelevant assessments and then no communication of their decision until I checked their job website. They provided no next steps after my interview with the hiring manager until they posted the rejection. Overall not at all impressed.
