HR was great. The process moved super fast. However, the hiring manager interview was a clear attempt by the hiring manager to get free strategic advice/insight on how to do her job, as I am coming out of a top graduate business program with a fair number of years experience in strategy, etc. Most of the questions asked were from how to lead her team, how to run a problematic valuation in a new market, etc. 5 minutes in it was clear what was going on. She cut the interview short when realizing I could see what was going on, and would not be providing the free consult she was looking for. If you are from Wharton, do not give time to this team.
