I invested considerable time in Indeed's interview process, completing multiple rounds, a substantial homework assignment, and a several 1 hour Zoom interview. While I received positive feedback during the final stage, I was ultimately not selected and received no feedback on the decision. This lack of communication, after such a significant time commitment, was unprofessional.
