There was an initial phone screen before the interview that lasted about a half hour. The in-office interview lasted approximately three hours. They gave examples of job postings and you have to determine their legitimacy. You get lunch on site with some of the people you would be potentially working with.

I first had a phone call with the recruiter. Next I had a phone interview with hiring manager. Then a 4 hour in person interview with five leads/managers at the office.
