The interview process was extremely slow and very unorganized. The recruiter was very nice but it took often 3-4 days to get a response / update. The entire process took 3-4 months. The interviews themselves were all over the place and ranged from "just a chat" to a whiteboard exercise with the expectation to solve problems the team had not been able to solve over the course of several months. The biggest disappointment was that I never heard back after the final interview. I thought it was ironic for a recruiting platform that also proclaims to teach companies better hiring practices to never follow up. I would not recommend Indeed as a good company, taken into account their shoddy hiring process.
