Smooth and inclusive, comfortable the entire time. Would not choose to have it any other way. To be honest, why can't it be this way at all companies? I honestly felt like all of my concerns were heard and that we were on the same page.
Ghosted me during interview process instead of answering a question I emailed about I was rejected I expected to get more details because I was not clear about something in the screening interview
