There were 5 round of interviews. 1. Initial pre screen 2. Back to Back 3 rounds (sourcing excercise and resume deep dive) 3. Interview with Director. 4. Offer Overall very good experience. Interviews finished on time. All were video interviews. Interviewers were very polite. Quick feedback. Mostly within next day or on same day. Interview finished within 3 weeks of time. Ample time to prepare before interviews after scheduling.

The Process was quite seamless. I was approached by a recruiter on LinkedIn. Had a telephonic screening round followed by three scheduled interviews on a same day, on after the other. First round was more on stakeholder management skills and candidate connect. Few behavioural, situation based questions. Second round was a sourcing exercise. Third was a general conversation with the manager. The feedback was given on the same day within few hours and a final round happened with the Director of Talent Acquisition Really appreciate the quick, seamless and a transparent recruitment process that Indeed has in place.
