My first & second call involved rapid fire non-stop questions. The first call was nothing but hypothetical questions about building new types of tools, while the second focused on behavioral questions about working with various team members.
The onsite interview was 6 hours. I was originally told that it would be 4 hours. All of these questions were hypothetical behavioral and technical ones. Most meetings were 1:1, except for one with 2 people.
I wasn't given much of an explanation of daily operations or internal tools, and didn't have much of an opportunity to ask question about it until the end of the third meeting or so. When one person tried giving me a demo, the company he queried in their system didn't bring up any information. I was given a 10-15 minute lunch where I tried scarfing down a slice of pizza or two while answering some general questions about why I liked the company.
Overall everyone I spoke with was nice, cool, and smart.
Unfortunately, one person was kind of condescending, and HR was rude when they followed up. She called a few days after my interview and said "the team knows what they're looking for ... and it's not you."
If they know exactly what they are looking for, I would assume that after reviewing my resume and having two phone calls, I would not have to waste 6 hours on-site. They could have at least not asked to stay another 2 hours after already spending a few hours there.

Heard back right away (within 2 days) asking to schedule a screener interview. Recruiter called, and honestly seemed very unenthusiastic from the beginning, like I was wasting her time. My skills and experience lined up very well with the job decription, including several optional nice to have skills, and she completely downplayed them, saying that wasn't really part of the main job, so didn't matter.

Asked me to describe my background and experience, and then follow up questions. No real behavioral or probing questions. Was extremely cursory.
The interview process was well-structured and smooth, facilitating clear communication and engagement. Each stage flowed seamlessly, allowing for a comprehensive understanding of candidates' qualifications and fit. Overall, it was an effective and positive experience for all involved.

6 rounds of interviews, too many interviews to receive a job offer and way too many interviews to make a final decision, should be 3 tops, kept adding another interview at end
