It is a very organized process but unfortunately Indeed does not value your time or money. I was offered an on-site interview after a very promising phone interview, in which I had to miss time from my current job which I don’t get paid for, and commute to NYC which cost almost 30 dollars round trip. Then I interviewed with two people, the first one going very well, while the second one was clearly the manager going through the motions and rushing through it in a way that made me feel like it was just a formality.
In the future, I suggest that Indeed seriously take into account their candidates time and money when asking them to come in for their onsite interviews, especially when the initial phone interview is held over a week before the onsite meeting. I basically spent over 100 dollars (taking into account money lost from missing work and commuting costs) to go to an interview that was very clearly an unnecessary formality with the hiring managers already having another candidate in mind.

I applied online after seeing the opening on LinkedIn and was shortly after contacted for a screen by an internal recruiter. I passed this screen and within a week or so was invited to a first interview, which was a 30-minute presentation followed by some questions with a manager in both Client Success, and the partnered Account Management team. All seemed to go well and I was told I would hear back from my recruiter. I heard nothing for a month, except the couple of times I reached out to my recruiter, who advised that they had heard nothing from the hiring managers, until over a month had lapsed. Then I received a generic rejection email with no feedback, which does not feel fair after my time and efforts.

Entrevista
The video interview was placed through the Indeed platform, which is very convenient, but the interviewer had an issue with the internet connection and I could not understand some replicas as the words were breaking. Also, it would be good to receive a reply as promised, even if it's negative. That is just totally not polite, I was expecting more from Indeed to be honest.
