They schedule interview via Karat, because they don't trust their own dev engineers for phone screen. The recruiter dropped the ball and the gave me a wrong schedule for phone interview and I had to waste another hour on this. The questions in the interview were lame and made no sense to me. I solved the coding interview question and still got a reject. Itseems there is a tight competition !
First a quick call with a recruiter and then a karat test. You're allowed to retake the karat coding test within 24hrs of the first test, if you prefer to.

There are questions on database, algorithms etc. during karat interview.
The interview consist of one online coding test + a full day onsite interview. Onsite inverview consists of two whiteboard tests, one system design, one code review and one resume deep dive.
