The twice terrible experience they gave me is showed that they are lazy, disrespectful, unprofessional enterprise. They always change the level of positions which is really ridiculous (ex: A junior job was changed into a director job suddenly). It means that whatever you prepare the case studies or an interview well is just wasting your time. In my cases, they just called me and said that we changed the position level within 5 minutes without patience. One of the recruiters rescheduled the interviews three times (forgot the appointments), and I was always waiting for her. However, her attitude was really careless and arrogant. She is the worst recruiter I've ever seen in my life. (I was sick, their frequent pressure make me sick more seriously.) If the recruiter considers some of the applicants unsuitable candidates, they should just tell them at the first time. Then people wouldn't stupid enough to waste their time to reschedule, prepare case studies and interview just for a 5 min rejection. Please watch out if you really plan to apply to this company.
